Up-to-date attempts of Ball Lightning production in a laboratory

If we look at sources in Internet founded out by means of key words “ball lightning”, we can see numerous evidences of eyewitnesses about observations of natural Ball lightnings, as well as numerous reports about attempts of Ball Lightning (BL) production in laboratories. About half of these reports is concerned successful attempts of BL production in a microwave oven. For this purpose a burning candela is placed in the oven. The height of the candela and its location are chosen in such a way that the flame of the candela is located in the place where microwave field is maximal. After that the front door of the oven is closed and the oven is turned on. A bright cloud is formed from the flame of the candela. Very pictorial are prof.. Sven experiences presented at the site http://video.google.es/videoplay?docid=-6159124246803732869&q=ball+lightning&total=724&start=20&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=9
(For going to site it is sufficient to press CNTR button and to click left button of mouse)
If the candela is coved by a cage which bottom is turned up and is located above the flame, then bright cloud near the bottom exists all time when the oven is turned on. (see movie at the site http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=5007484233116512730 ).
However, the bright clod disappears immediately when oven is turned off. Possibly a miniature ball lightning with small life time and small stored energy is formed near the bottom. But power of home microwave oven about 1 kW is perfectly insufficient to form long lived Ball Lightning.
Another group of experiments is connected with attempts of BL production in power gas discharge. In this case approaches proposed by Abrahamson and Dennis are used. [Abrahamson, 2000]. In accordance with these approaches BL exists due to oxidation silicon nano particles in air atmosphere. Such particles are formed when a usual linear lightning strikes the ground and melts the soil Though these approaches can not explain BL motion against direction of wind, penetration through windows panes, accompanying flying airplanes, nevertheless they promote to certain success in BL production. Indeed, in accordance with these approaches an erosive gas discharge is required in which additional products from electrodes are vaporized in the region of gas discharge.
Paiva etc. [Paiva, 2007] reports about successful attempts of BL production in gas discharge between carbon electrode and silicon electrode. Video film is presented at the site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsu8IaaVsvk .These experiences were repeated by Holland scientists. Their video film is presented at the site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLTPELhKAYM&mode=related&search .
Their paper in electronic form entitled “Artificial Ball Lightning produced in the laboratory !? is presented at the site http://members.chello.nl/r.dekker49/bolbliksem/bolbliksem.html
There are 2 video films from which one can conclude that life time of some luminous balls is about 6-8 seconds and they make about 10 jumps. In this case the heights of jumps are varied, and height of the next jump can be greater than the height of the previous one. Analogous film is presented by US scientists at the site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7fUKEGyxS8&NR=1. and Spanish scientists at the site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYSie5YsaOI . Similar experiments with different materials have been carried out by Emelin and Co about 10 years ago in 1997. They reported about luminous balls which executed above 10 jumps
Egorov and Stepanov experiences are repeated also. They produced long lived plasmoids from glass of water. Scientists from Berlin present video film about production of similar objects at the site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2CvTNWBias .
The paper in US journal New Scientist with description of these experiments is placed at the site http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn9293-physicists-create-great-balls-of-fire.html .
All above listed works were performed in 2006-2007. I list only small part of numerous video films about attempts of BL production. Undoubtedly in the near future the new video films may appear in. For their examination it is sufficiently to go to the site www.youtube.com and print key words “ball lightning” in the search window.
Thus, at present foreign scientists have achieved the level which Russian scientists had 5-10 years ago.

Their equipment is similar to mine. Now I have acquired powerful accumulators and I am developing the setup for BL production. My main difference from other approaches is in the point that I know physical nature of BL and, therefore, I know physical conditions which are favorable for BL production. I hope that I will be able to take my installation from Russia in your laboratory if you succeed to figure out our arrival in Valumion.
I submit to you several references to sites concerned cold fusion.

If you will have free time, see these short video films. They are curious. I would like to draw you attention to the fact that there are electrical discharges in liquid and situation is similar with gas discharges.
I remember that you told me that words “Cold Fusion” are bad words in France in December 2005. I know that now ITER project is realized in France. Its cost is above 10 billions dollars and many French scientists are engaged in the project. That is why any alternative projects are considered by these scientist as ”bad projects” because these scientist consider these projects as a thread of their lucky life. If I obtain money from ITER project I find out arguments to scold other alternative projects also.
